Netflix has begun its production of South African Teen Drama, “Blood & Water.”
Fans of the South African section of Netflix have some good news. The South African Teen Drama, “Blood & Water” has begun its production. According to Blackfilm, the series will be directed by acclaimed South African director, Nosipho Dumisa. Furthermore, Benjamin Overmeyer and Bradley Joshua at Gambit Films are behind the show’s production.
The show will follow the adventures of Puleng Khumalo, who is investigating the kidnapping of her older sister. Ama Qamata will be playing the role. In addition to that, Khosi Ngema is set to play Fikile “Fiks” Bhele, a beautiful girl who helps Puleng on her quest. Also, the two of them will be aide by an assistant investigator named Wade, played by Dillon Windvogel. Finally, Thabang Molaba will play Karabo ‘KB’ Molapo, a troubled kid trying to live up to his father’s expectations.
When exactly the series will be released is not known yet. However, “Blood & Water” will be available in 190 different countries.
